Delivery

IDA Wholesalers (Pty) Ltd, and our market facing brands IDA Pet and IDA Clean are committed to ensuring a smooth and convenient shopping experience for our customers. We offer reliable delivery services across South Africa, with standard delivery times of 2-3 working days once payment has been received. Shipping fees and delivery times will be confirmed at checkout, depending on your location.

Deliveries are only made on business days. Weekend and after-hours deliveries are available by special request and will incur extra charges. For expedited delivery, contact us at admin@idawholesalers.com (this option is not available online).

Delivery estimates are based on Major Centres (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Bloemfontein, Port Elizabeth, East London, Nelspruit, George, Kimberly, Pietermaritzburg, Polokwane, Rustenburg, Stellenbosch), for non-major centres please expect and addition 1 to 7 days for delivery.

International deliveries can be arranged on special request. Unfortunately, due to the varied nature of international delivery costs, our advertised rates or free delivery thresholds are only valid for deliveries within South Africa.

You have the option to collect your order from our showroom if you are in the Centurion or surrounding area. Please contact contact us at admin@idawholesalers.com. All other areas will have a courier fee unless your order meets the minimum order value for FREE DELIVERY as outlined below.

Home user products with smaller pack sizes, a standard rate of R95 applies if your total order value is below R550. Free shipping applies for orders above R550.
Professional use products with larger pack sizes a standard rate of R145 applies if your total order value is below R1500. Free shipping applies for orders above R1500.
Heavy shipments have a standard rate of R150 depending on total order weight and area of shipment. In order for us to optimise your shipping cost for heavy pack sizes please contact us directly by email admin@idawholeslears.com
If you have a combined basked that includes both home small pack sizes and professional pack sizes (5L and smaller), the shipping cost will default to the higher rate of R145 with free shipping for orders above R1500.
If your order includes a mix of items, including heavier products (20/25L), shipping costs will be calculated based on weight (price per kg), and the order will not qualify for free shipping. To reduce shipping expenses, it’s more cost-effective to place separate orders for lighter items and medium-weight items, keeping them separate from the heavier products. This way, you can still qualify for free shipping on the smaller and medium-weight items.

Returns + Refunds

Orders not yet dispatched from our showroom may be cancelled by contacting us by email at admin@idawholesalers.com, and will be refunded without cost. Cancellations done after the order has been dispatched will be subject to the our Returns and Refund Policy.

User’s cooling-off rights under section 44 of the ECT Act– You have the right to cancel any product purchased within 7 days of receiving them, without giving a reason and without any penalty. The only cost you may have to pay is the direct cost of returning the goods. You will receive a full refund within 30 days of the cancellation.

In the rare event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, products can be returned within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Please provide the receipt or proof of purchase. You will need to cover the shipping costs for returning the item, and these costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it. To initiate a return, contact us at admin@idawholesalers.com to request a return.

If your item arrives damaged or defected, please contact us at admin@idawholesalers.com within 15 days of delivery, to arrange a replacement or refund. Terms & Conditions apply. Refunds will be processed within 15-30 days after we receive the returned product. If the return is due to a faulty or damaged product, we will arrange collection and replace it at our cost or refund your return shipping expenses.

If incorrect goods were delivered, please report this to us with in 7 days of receiving your order. We will cover the shipping cost to collect them and either replace the items at our expense or issue a refund if replacements are not available. Returns initiated after 7 days will not be accepted. If you would like to arrange for repeat orders , this can be done by sending us an email to admin@idawholesalers.com, we will sign you up for a monthly order repeat , which you can change and amend at any time.
